What days of the week are you open?
We are regularly open on Thursday 9 am until 6 pm, Friday 9 am until 6 pm, and Saturday 8 am until 4 pm.

Any exceptions to these hours could happen on Holiday weeks with extended or reduced hours, or on Holidays as declared in advance pertaining to Amish tradition.
What are your Regular Hours?

Where are you located?
We are located at 845 Woodland Road in Wyomissing, PA 19610. We are just down the road behind Best Buy, and before The Shoppes at Wyomissing.

Some folks may remember back when it used to be the Service Merchandise building.
Do you accept Foodstamps or WIC?
No, none of the Vendors accept Foodstamps. During the summer, as of the time of this FAQ, Beaver Dam Produce is the only stand to accept WIC.
Do you take online orders from your Website, or from Facebook?
No, our "Contact Us" form on our website is for managerial type questions only. We will not respond in most cases to any online orders attempted to be placed via our Contact Form as it is mentioned directly on the form page as well, that we do not take orders online.

We also do not respond, or take orders on Facebook as well. Each Vendor is their own business, and it would require a minimum of 10 different people constantly checking Social Media to check for, or take orders from online sources. This is an unsustainable practice we will not engage in.

Do you deliver?
As a general rule of thumb, no we do not deliver.

From time to time different Vendors have tried using external delivery services, but we do not have a list because of the constant changes. See your favorite stand when in market, and ask them if they have delivery available, or look for the name of their stand on your favorite delivery service's menu.
Do you have a Senior Discount day?
We currently do not have a senior discount day as we are attempting to keep prices as low as possible for everyone to be able to benefit during hard economic times.

Where can I sign up to the Email List to receive your Weekly Specials?
We have an Email Signup Form on our Home Page at the bottom. You can go to that page by Clicking Here and scrolling down near the bottom.
Do you have a VIP Text Club?
Yes, we have a VIP Text Club where you can receive Weekly Specials, Coupons, Vendor Unadvertised Specials texts, and special weather related texts which could impact our hours, and early closures etc.

Are Coupons available via Weekly Specials Emails?
No, because Coupons are delivered to your mobile telephone number, they get sent out as a text, and you can then click on the link provided in the text to see our Weekly Coupon(s) when/as available.
Is there a Coupon every week?
Coupons are generally assigned and delivered on all weeks where there are no major Holidays.

Each Vendor is assigned a week in a rotating fashion that does not overlap their ads for weekly specials. This schedule skips Holiday weeks to avoid overloading Vendors when extremely busy.

Vendors may at their own discretion, volunteer to provide a VIP Text Club Coupon on a Holiday week, but that is done as an on demand occurrence when requested by the Vendor. For this reason, Holidays may not always have a Coupon available if any Vendor does not choose to volunteer one.
Why am I no longer receiving my texts?
Most times texts will be delivered on a consistent basis, however due to dead spots and areas where cell signals are not available, you could miss that weeks text.

If you miss our specials one week, text only the word SPECIALS to (484) 339-3900 , and follow the directions in subsequent texts.

If you miss a coupon one week, text only the word COUPONS to (484) 339-3900 , and follow the directions in subsequent texts.

If you try to rejoin, and get the text you are already subscribed, but do not get weekly texts, you or someone else may have sent the stop command at some point, which removes you from receiving texts. Simply send only the word UNSTOP to (484) 339-3900 , and if this has been the case, you should get a reply saying you are now re-subscribed to texts. Hopefully you will then begin to receive texts again on a regular basis.
I try joining, or sending other commands via text, but nothing seems to work, why?
First off, let's be clear there is no human on the other end of our automated text system.

If you are told to text a word or part of a word such as reply Y to join, and you type back in "Yes, I want to join", our computer has no way of knowing what you want because it is looking for specific letters or keywords ONLY.

Whenever you have trouble getting the desired response, always look carefully at the instructions you were asked to follow, and make sure you are ONLY texting back the letter or word as requested.

Sometimes, if you have an auto-signature sent from your telephone, you may try to send back the letter Y, but your telephone adds your auto-signature which may block our system from recognizing your command. In this case, try turning off your auto-signature and see if it makes a difference.
